Enterprise Service Vouchers

Flexible planning for your business

Data Engines | ENSTOR Enterprise Service Vouchers (ESVs) are a "buy now, allocate and use later" forward planning system that allows IT managers to react to the changing needs of their environment whilst maximising their return on investment (ROI).

Unlike pre-purchased time and material hours or fixed price agreements, ESVs may be used for a variety of options, such as:

  • Training courses and seminars
  • Professional services
  • Temporary provision of system and application administrators
  • Systems monitoring
  • Data Engines | ENSTOR Coherence software
  • Support services

ESVs are ideal for managers who can't be sure now of what services they will need throughout the year, but need to pre-purchase those services for later use. For full details of the services and products which ESVs can be redeemed against, please check our Schedule of Use. (The Schedule of Use is printed on the back of every voucher issued for ease of reference.)

The initial purchase of ESVs will result in vouchers being sent out. Vouchers may be part claimed, but partial vouchers will not be issued. All voucher redemption requires citation of the voucher serial number by an authorised contact.
